Sparkling Sundays

This event is an exciting collaboration with the Sparkling Sunday’s run group! Join the group run/walk at 9:30 AM and/or practice yoga at the space at 10:30 AM!

This will be a completely guided yoga class that ends with a soothing sound bath savasana. Afterwards, we will celebrate with the community by enjoying a drink of choice from the brewery (non-alcoholic beverages are available).

Cost is $15 and includes yoga and one drink of choice. Urbanrest handles the registration, so just show up and pay when you arrive! :-)
