Class and a Glass at Urbanrest

This completely guided yoga class begins at 10 AM. The class ends with a soothing sound bath savasana. Afterwards, we will celebrate all the poses by enjoying a drink of choice from the brewery (non-alcoholic beverages are available)!

Cost is $15 and includes yoga and one drink of choice. Urbanrest handles the registration, so just show up and pay when you arrive! :-)
