This completely guided yoga class starts with movement and ends with a soothing sound bath savasana. Afterwards, we will celebrate all the poses by enjoying a drink of choice from Collect (non-alcoholic beverages available)!
Cost includes includes yoga, one drink of choice, and tip for our beer-tenders. Please bring your own yoga mat

Join us in the taproom for a 1-hour ALL LEVEL yoga practice followed by a beverage of your choice. The class and glass are included in the $15. Bring your yoga mat and water.
Urbanrest handles the registration, so just show up! :-)

Join Rock CF and myself for a morning of movement at Collect Beer Bar! Your choice of a group run, yoga, or both! Running begins at 10 AM and does not require prior registration. Yoga begins at 11 AM and registration is required!
